Abrol Hotel by OYO Rooms

The staff don't seem to care about guests, and there are no room amenities, so you have to bring even the basics yourself. The rooms are very ordinary and room service isn't proper. If I could, I'd give negative stars. They served poha for breakfast with a fork, saying the hotel had no spoons.

We reached at 2:00 am with my husband and had no time to find another nearby hotel. After booking online through Agoda, Oyo or another channel, the manager wouldn't accept the booking and demanded a higher price. I ended up paying double. We faced a lot of harassment, and the staff were very rude. They didn't even provide a payment bill. Be careful, and do not book this place online. Maintenance is terrible too. The lights and fans wouldn't run, the geysers and AC remotes weren't working, and there was no hot water. Centipedes were coming into the bathroom and there were lots of bedbugs. A horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

My room's AC worked properly, and the room was clean, but it wasn't well maintained overall. The TV didn't work, and water was leaking in the washroom. I'd give it 3 stars overall. Thank you 🙏
