The Mirador Hotel team made my business conference stay smooth and hassle-free. Dining service was efficient, and the food was excellent with a good range of options. Staff were professional, courteous, prompt, and attentive whenever I needed something. My room was clean, well maintained, and had the essential amenities for a productive stay. The hotel offered a comfortable, professional setting suited to business travelers. I had a very satisfactory visit and would recommend The Mirador to people coming to Mumbai for business.

Breakfast was awesome, with fresh, tasty items and enough variety to make starting the day a pleasure. Allan and Naresh deserve special thanks. The facilities were thoughtfully designed, exceptionally good, and meticulously maintained, from the common areas to the private spaces. Staff were consistently helpful and proactive, always ready with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Their care made the stay pleasant and stress-free.

After a long flight into Mumbai, this was a great hotel to arrive at. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Allan, Leonad and Pankai. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were standard Western style. Wifi was good.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxing feel. What stood out most was the service: the staff were warm, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help. They took care of every detail. I highly recommend the hotel and would gladly stay again.

The location is very convenient, and the staff are caring and attentive. Asadul did a fab job with our housekeeping and was thoughtful, attentive, and always willing to help or ask what we needed. My only suggestion is to add signs reminding people to use tongs for buffet items like donuts, idlis, and puris.
