I missed my flight and needed one night near the airport. After checking almost every nearby hotel, I chose this one because it was surprisingly the cheapest and also had the highest rating. In just that night, the team showed me what good service on a low budget can be. They even helped with things unrelated to my stay. They bought me a laptop charger at a very good price, and the manager personally took me to a shop to fix my phone screen. When I asked how to get to a mall, he gave me a free ride there on his motorcycle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was strong. There were welcome drinks in the minibar, lots of juice and snacks, and a big plate of fresh fruit. That kind of hospitality beats what you get in many international 5-star hotels. Bravo to the person who built this hotel and trained the team. You should be proud. I'm grateful for everything, and highly recommend the place.

We arrived very early, well before normal check-in, and were given a room straight away without an extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was all very clean, with complimentary fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. There’s no elevator, but the strong, helpful guys carried what we needed. One airport transfer was free, and the hotel is close to both the airport and LTT railway station. There's also a rooftop for smokers. Breakfast was a free buffet at a nearby restaurant, with Indian and continental options. We had dinner there too, and the food was good. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough, but not threatening. It sits next to or within one of the 'slum' areas visible when arriving in Mumbai. We had to rethink our first impressions: it was messy, of course, but the streets and alleys were full of life, little shops, street food, and people running businesses, especially at night. It was the first evening of Ramadan.

The staff were very cooperative, and the room service was excellent. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Mumbai Airport and offers reasonable rates. They have their own restaurant within walking distance with very good vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. If you're going for Haj- Umrah or need a stop on the way back, this is a great option.

The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, and the staff welcomed us warmly. We had come from Pune for an early flight from Bombay and checked in early. There’s no elevator, but the staff carried all our luggage to the room. One incident left us feeling unsafe for the rest of the stay. We went to a mall about 1.5 km away and took a cab there for 50 rupees without any trouble. A couple of hours later, while looking for a ride back, an auto-rickshaw driver offered to take us to the hotel for 40 rupees, so we agreed. He drove recklessly and kept speeding even after we warned him several times. At the hotel, he suddenly demanded ₹40 per person, saying it was a shared auto ride. He hadn't mentioned that at the start. When we said we would have taken a taxi if we'd known the price, he became aggressive and threatened us. We asked the front desk for help, but they only said this was standard operating procedure, rather than offering support or protection. We were new to Mumbai and didn't know about shared auto fares, and we were deeply disappointed that the staff didn't try to understand what had happened before responding. Their reaction made things worse. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe until we left. We didn't use the hotel's airport transport, and booked our own ride instead.
