Agoda cancelled the reservation and refunded the full amount in the end, but getting there was a terrible experience. I booked for 1200 rupees because my friend urgently needed a room, despite being unsure about the low price. When he arrived around 11.45 pm, the staff refused to honor that rate, saying they had asked Agoda to remove the listing and telling us to cancel and pay 2500 directly. The room wasn't worth even 1000, and the staff member wasn't helpful. I called Agoda support around 12:15 am; they contacted the property and even offered an extra 800 rupees for the trouble, but the property still wouldn't accept the booking. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it.

Hotel Grand Corp refused my booking when I arrived, saying they don't take reservations through OYO, even though I'd booked and paid in full there. The staff were rude, careless, and unprofessional, with no apology or solution offered. It felt like a total scam, and the customer service was awful. Avoid this place if you care about your money and peace of mind. The worst hotel experience I've had.

After traveling from goa, I arrived tired, only to be told they wouldn't let us stay. I'd booked two nights through make my trip, paid for them, and had a confirmed booking from Mmt. They claimed they don't take online bookings through any site, which is false. The receptionist was extremely rude as well. I'm very disappointed and upset with this hotel.

Some of the staff were good and helpful, but this was still a waste of money. We booked by mistake through OYO ROOMS, and both the hotel and OYO ROOMS seemed unprofessional. There was an EWC problem and we were told to adjust. Watch the room and food bills for items brought from outside, or the hotel staff may cheat you.

The rooms are cramped and the cleaning didn't feel hygienic. The man handling billing and reception, Mr. Azad Khan, was rude and disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated by demanding advance payment for every day of the stay. Any time I asked for help or expected them to do something, the answer was “No” at first. He couldn't even tell the difference between single chhole and chhole bhatore. They seemed focused on collecting money before the stay and before checkout, and even called me at 12:30 at night to pay the bill. I wouldn't recommend this place to couples, solo guests, or anyone. Don't waste your money.
