OYO 328 Hotel Royal Annex

I booked through Brevistay for 3 hours, but left after 45 minutes. The place was overpriced, unhygienic and unprofessional, and I wouldn't book even for a short layover. The bathrooms were so dirty they were unusable, and the property felt unsafe, with broken room locks and a questionable environment. It was dirty, neglected and ugly, nothing like the online pictures. Staff weren't helpful and charged ₹10 over MRP for basic water. Avoid this place.

After calling Cleartrip customer care, the receptionist found my booking. Lmao. I had to carry my own bag upstairs and ask for a glass and water myself. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor, and the room was shitty, though I wasn't surprised because it's Mumbai and this is what you get for 1600 in Andheri. Maybe I could have found better. Then staff asked me for money, for showing me the room when I carried my own bag? No way bish. I had already said on the phone I'd check in late at 2AM, but reception welcomed me horribly. When you travel at this hour, book a whole day and just come to sleep. Seems like the night receptionists think their job is to sleep and guests are an inconvenience. Never book this shitty place unless absolutely necessary. Horrible rooms and even worse hospitality.

There was chaos inside, with staff shouting at each other instead of looking after guests. After things settled, they came back to say they hadn't photocopied the back of my brother's ID, which showed their negligence and lack of professionalism. When we first arrived, they refused to let him in without properly checking his age, even though he meets the criteria. They admitted they'd missed the detail only after I explained he was my brother. They also charged ₹30 for a water bottle that costs ₹18. I've attached photos to compare expectations with reality.

The staff were really rude, especially when I called to follow up. Customers expect good manners along with room service, and the staff don't meet the standard they claim to provide. Kindly improve.
