There were ants crawling in the room, and both rooms we were shown were just as filthy. At check-in, our room was visibly dirty, with strange stains on the comforter. The bathroom was dirty too, and the toilet seat looked like it hadn't been wiped. We asked to change rooms, but the second was no better. The lack of cleanliness made for an awful experience, and I won't stay here again.

The management was unhelpful, and the service was awful. We booked two rooms, and both were infested with bed bugs, making the stay unbearable. Although breakfast was supposedly included in our package, they denied it without a valid reason. I regret choosing this hotel. It was a horrible experience, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Stay away!

Bedbugs in the bed left me with several painful bites, and that was only part of the problem. The air conditioner leaked water throughout my stay, leaving the room damp and impossible to relax in. I left Hotel Deepak, part of the Fab Hotels chain, very disappointed. The poor upkeep and cleanliness gave me a terrible impression, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The snacks served early in the morning weren't fresh, and the room wasn't clean. Staff were rude too. Although the rate had been confirmed and the room booked, they asked for more money after I arrived and filled in the details. When I asked to cancel, they said there'd be no refund. A waste of time and money. Don't book over the phone or pay in advance. 👎👎

They wouldn't admit the quoted price was wrong, and said they were no longer affiliated with Fab Express. I'd confirmed 2000 rupees on two calls, but on arrival they wanted 2500. The staff's unprofessional conduct made a bad situation worse. I'd avoid booking by phone or paying ahead; it felt like a trap and wasted my time.
