I enjoyed my stay here during a 14-day quarantine. The hotel and staff were good, and I liked staying there. The food was average and didn't meet my expectations. If you're only looking for a place to stay, it's quite good, but they need to improve the food and its prices.

The room itself was comfortable, but the complimentary breakfast wasn't great. We were told there was lift access, yet for all five nights of our stay the lift was under renovation, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On some days there was no hot water in the shower. I wouldn't really recommend this place.

The hotel is well cared for, and the staff are courteous. There’s no restaurant on site, but you can order food from outside or ask them to arrange whatever you’d like. They provide a morning kit, too. Standard rooms feel a bit cramped, while the Deluxe rooms have more space. The service is good.

The OYO booking situation was frustrating. At the counter, I was told the hotel had no tie-up with OYO, which was really unpleasant. The hotel itself was just okay, but the cigar smoke was hard to tolerate.

It’s affordable, safe, and hygienic, and the food is good too. The mosque is within walking distance if you’re Muslim, and Kokilaben hospital is nearby. The staff are very well trained. Thanks for the hospitality.
