TV and Wi-Fi were both listed as included, which is why I booked, but neither worked when I checked in. I told the staff, and they didn't fix either issue during my stay. It felt misleading and frustrating to pay based on amenities that weren't actually available. The online listing didn't match what I got. I'm really disappointed, and wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they improve maintenance and provide the facilities they advertise.

We stayed for two weeks. The location was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were good and well behaved. Service was satisfactory. There was no lift to the 3rd floor, which was inconvenient, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The TV had issues too.

The staff were good and responded to guest requests on time. Still, this feels more like a lodging house than a hotel. The entrance isn't at the front, you have to go beside the property and climb up. The room is much smaller than it looked in the booking images. I could put up with the room size, but the attached bathroom is extremely cramped, with toilet and shower in one space and no ventilation.

The rooms are far too small and they don't provide towels or toiletries. There's no food service of their own, and the place gives me unsafe vibes. Please avoid it if you're staying with family.

They cancelled my room booking without telling me. The reception person was absolutely pathetic, and the hotel staff were completely rude.
