Galaxy Inn Sher E Punjab by Treebo

The towels and bedsheets smelled awful and were dirty, and the furniture was so filthy I couldn’t put my things on it. There were insects in all the rooms, and the AC didn’t work. The room was incredibly unhygienic. I don’t know how fabhotels partnered with this place. Don’t trust the online photos. This is one of the worst places you could stay.

They charged 14000 for 5 days, but the room was cramped and filthy, with cockroaches. For breakfast, they gave us 100RS for two people and said that was all they could pay, then told us to speak to FAB HOTEL where we booked. The pictures and good reviews on FAB HOTEL gave a completely wrong impression. A very disappointing place to stay.

There wasn’t a single window or any ventilation, so the damp smell was awful. The bed, floor, and bathroom were basically clean, but the drawers, corners, and little hidden spots were disgusting. The pictures don’t show the real rooms. They’re all edited.

Water supply was limited, and the narrow staircase gets wet in the rain. The place was unhygienic, with insects all around, and the staff were especially rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to speak to, treat, or greet customers. I’d strongly advise against booking here. Thanks.
