The food wasn't good enough for the price, which was nearly twice what I expected. The hotel's actual condition also didn't match its online photos: it looked old and poorly maintained. My room was cramped, with poor interiors and no cupboard for storage, and the washroom quality was below standard and needs a lot of work. The stay was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Management should address the facilities and service for future guests.

The location and price are the main advantages. I felt safe, and the place was peaceful and good value. The rooms are small but neat and well maintained. There aren't really any extra amenities, so it works best as a budget stay. Nothing major to add. The Visa center is walkable. Rooms: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5

I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return for longer. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the hotel was clean, stylish, and roomy. The staff were great, especially the friendly and helpful receptionist, who made a lovely first impression. The surroundings were beautiful, the location was great, and dinner service was attentive and efficient. The food was good and great value for money. BY: CHAND ROCK

For a business trip, this was a decent property in an apartment building. The staff were polite and professional, and the price was reasonable for somewhere in or near BKC. It's about 2 km from Ambani Square. The food choices on the B&B plan are limited, but outside food is allowed.

Shib at reception was a fantastic professional, and his friendly, helpful manner made our stay enjoyable. We were completely satisfied with the service, and the hotel itself is excellent.
