The manager was dismissive, and management seemed inattentive throughout my stay. Service was consistently poor, with little professional courtesy. For what they charge, this hotel doesn't offer good value.

I found the place very clean, and the room was excellent and relaxing. The crew and information desk staff were friendly, especially Irfan and Rohini. I had a great stay and will come back.

There was a phone ringing day and night in the first-floor passage, disturbing my sleep. I told reception several times, but the staff didn't seem to care. The rooms smelled, and the food was tasteless and expensive. Companies booking this hotel for their staff should find a better place so crew members can rest properly before joining.

The airport view from the room was the best part. Housekeeping did a great job and the room was clean, while reception staff were helpful. It's a pre-opening hotel with good amenities and good staff.
