The staff were modest and well mannered, and the place is decent for a stay in busy Mumbai. My executive room was just adequate for two people. Still, this isn't really a three-star hotel as FabHotels claims, and it's tucked at the end of a residential colony.

Don't book here. The staff were arrogant, the place was shabby, and there was no cleaning. Basic things like soap and hand sanitizer weren't available either. The Wi-Fi didn't work, which could be a big problem if you're planning to work from the hotel.

I stayed for six hours, and the room felt quite small for the price. They charged me for water and other things I hadn't used, insisting it was their policy, but they had no written policy or paperwork to show me. There was no earlier information or clear communication about this. I paid because the staff kept arguing, but customers shouldn't have to pay for what they didn't use.

For a very cheap stay in a peaceful area, this could work if you only need a night. The service isn't up to the mark, though. It's also hard to find a couple-friendly room in Mumbai, and couples can stay together here.

The room was very small, so check the size before booking. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and staff would come use the racket for a while, only for another batch to show up. I don't think the place is worth the money.
