Breakfast was good and really tasty, and the staff were quite helpful. But parking is a problem if you're driving: there's no designated space, so you have to use a narrow lane. The rooms are okay but need better upkeep, and they look far more spacious in the online description than they are in person. In reality, the space is just manageable.
The room was a decent size, but for the price this place isn't worth it. It's in Tardao near Worli, and the rates are definitely high. I didn't try the food. There's no window, so the room gets stuffy in the rainy season. The washbasin in my room leaked, so I couldn't brush my teeth there. I'd give it 2 overall.
The stay was pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty. The place was clean and the staff friendly. A few things need attention, though: the AC didn't work properly, most of the lights in the room were out, and there was no mosquito repellent.
The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean, if a bit small. It was still comfortable enough, with good breakfast and in-room facilities. The location near Lower Parel worked for us and fit our budget. I took off a point because there's no parking nearby.
The food was good, and they clearly pay attention to customer satisfaction. Wi-Fi is free and breakfast is included. The hotel is comfortable and nice, and it's currently being renovated, so I hope it'll be even better once that's done.
