I slept better here than at some five-star hotels I've tried in NYC and Europe. The firm bed and supportive pillows were comfortable, the A/C was cold, and a strong ceiling fan drowned out the traffic. The bathroom had a Western-style toilet and a shower head. I stayed in Chembur for a wedding with my in-laws. It's a good, clean, comfortable choice for foreigners who need to be in the area. There are plenty of good food options right outside, plus a public park nearby for a walk and some steps.

Service was amazing, and breakfast was included. It was decent, with hot food, fruit, and other things, though the table linens were really dirty. The rooms were small but okay, and I did find small cockroaches in the room and drawers.

I spent seven days here in May for work in Mumbai. The staff were helpful and supportive, and they kept the place hygienic. The price was reasonable for a hotel in the heart of the city.

There were cockroaches in the rooms, and I also had a payment issue. The hotel has no room service or its own restaurant, while the complimentary breakfast was very basic. For what it offers, it felt overpriced.

A very decent hotel for official work. I'd highly recommend it.
