Okay, this was really bad. The room wasn’t ready even though I arrived after the stated check-in time, so I still had to wait 15 minutes. The staff were very casual about it. Rooms are tiny, even by Bombay standards, and I’ve stayed in other hotels there in the same price range. The food was very average and spicy. WiFi doesn’t work with iOS, and the TV won’t connect to the WiFi, so you have to use your phone hotspot. Pretty much everything could have been better.

The place looks good and the service was good too. It’s in a posh area, though the room is small. The WiFi works well but disconnects sometimes, so you have to log in again.

During my four-day corporate stay, not once did room service clean or maintain the room. When I checked in, I asked for my luggage to be kept in the locker room, but it was carelessly left in a corner by the kitchen, and one of my bags was damaged. The hotel showed no regard for corporate guests, and the service standards were unacceptable. I strongly advise corporate travelers to avoid this property. Hotel Management, please seriously reconsider how you treat guests.

We visited for a friend’s birthday celebration at this hotel on T.series lane, opp Fame Adlab, Andheri West. The food was good and the service okay. It works for a small family function if you have around 20 people or fewer, since seating is split between indoor and outdoor areas.

The place felt spotless and had an authentic atmosphere with a real touch of luxury. The front office team was helpful and courteous, and everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out. I loved the stay.
