The food arrangement in the Banquet hall, the service, the food, everything deserves five stars. It’s a fabulous place in every way for anyone looking for a Banquet hall that can hold 50-65 adults. You can hear the main road clearly even with the windows and doors shut, since the rooms aren’t properly soundproofed. Aside from that, the location is very accessible, the rooms are neat and tidy, and the service is good. The staff are polite and humble.

The waiters and attendants looked anxious and scared. The customer service was pathetic, and the reception from both the attendant and banquet manager was far below expectations. They didn’t smile, spoke roughly, and seemed indifferent to customers. The banquet manager seemed to lack training and skill. As soon as he came in, he shouted to the attendant asking about us. When we asked about capacity, he dismissed us by saying they don’t give rooms below the capacity. Asked if they could make adjustments, he rudely said, “It’s not my department.” It seemed like the departments either don’t get along or have deep conflicts. It’s your hotel, have some ownership.

The rooms were far too small, and getting an extra towel for the three of us was a struggle because the attendant was reluctant to provide one. We had also requested an extra bed, but it took an hour to arrive. Most shocking, though, was the attendant entering our room without knocking. When we asked why, he said he had pressed the doorbell and, since nobody opened, came in anyway. We were completely taken aback.
