The room itself was spacious, but the rest of the stay was a mess. We had to move because the first room's AC didn't work, and the phone in the next room was out of order. The toilet there was already used and had pee all over it. Our cutlery request never got fulfilled, the place had a strange smell, and the sheets and towels didn't seem properly cleaned. There was no reception inside the buildings, and the WiFi repeater wasn't working. Not a good visit.

There’s a big indoor parking area, and the place works for staying or holding a function. But I wasn’t happy with the hygiene after lockdown. The rooms smelled bad, the walls and bathroom walls were dirty, and they seemed to give the same bedding to different guests without changing the sheets. That felt very unsafe to me. Hygiene and safety come first.

Vikram was a great help, and the rooms were good enough, though they could use a little work. It’s a quiet place if all you want is somewhere to switch off and sleep all day 😂. Just don’t expect amenities or facilities. Also seems like a good spot for couples 😉.

Be careful if you book a room here as a couple. I went with my girlfriend today and noticed things that seemed fishy. One of the hooks on the door hanger was missing, and I thought it might be a camera. I opened an electrical socket and found what looked like a connected battery inside. I believe there are hidden cameras in the sockets, and that management was watching them on a PC. When I went in, they switched off the main breakers and said the lights had gone out. Look closely.

The bathroom was neat, but the walls in the rooms weren't especially clean, and the wardrobe had a damp, musty smell, as if it hadn't been opened in a year. The landline and TV didn't work either. This isn't really a full-fledged hotel, more like a banquet hall for corporate events or weddings, with rooms for guests attending those functions. Don't book the complimentary breakfast expecting an in-house restaurant. They may bring bread omelette or poha from a local vendor, so going out for breakfast is a better option. It's an average place with basic amenities, but my stay was good.
