They charge double for everything, even water, and the rooms are in poor condition and smell bad. The Oyo pictures are very old, and the place feels like a wasted property with poor service. I also found the reception girl taking my phone when she asked for the booking ID. She opened the Oyo app and gave the hotel a five-star rating herself. I only realized when Oyo emailed to thank me for rating. That's why it has a 4+ star rating there, but frankly, this hotel doesn't deserve even one star. Definitely NO!

The place has a general shady vibe, with unhygienic rooms and smelly carpets. It's in a really isolated area with poor roads, and it looks like a horror movie set. The rooms seem not to have been maintained for a decade.

We had room no 103 and checked out early because the stay was so terrible. We needed to go all the way to reception to find a small dustbin by the entrance, since there wasn't one in the room and nowhere to throw rubbish. There also wasn't enough table space for our things, so we had to put them on the floor. The bathroom was pathetic: its broken door had no lock and stayed open, the tub was extremely dirty, and the old washbasin tap was dirty too. Cockroaches were in the room, and the AC barely cooled because it was too far from the bed. The TV didn't work even after a repair person came back again and again, which was disturbing. At check-in, the girl at the counter said complimentary water was out of stock and she'd send a bottle when it was available. We never got it by checkout and had to buy one from a shop at double the rate. The food is overpriced too. The room and the whole experience were terrible and pathetic. The girl at the counter had said complimentary water would be sent once available, but it never came. We won't recommend the hotel or return. This needs serious attention, and compensation for the inconvenience.

The AC dripped onto the carpet, there was no restaurant inside, and the hotel is in an isolated location. It was also full of big rats, and there wasn't even anything to deal with mosquitoes. This is an old hotel, completely khandhar, with no staff or maintenance. The whole hotel is divided between sellers like OYO. I wish I could give it a negative rating.
