All the cockroaches were on the beds and tables, and a large drain ran right by the window. I was shocked by the view and there was no ventilation. The hotel person said they’d offered me a super luxury room. I’d booked three days but stayed only one. I opted for breakfast, but they never even asked about it. A very pathetic experience. Never book this hotel in Sakinaka.

The walk to the hotel is untidy, with the corporation waste collection point along the way, though Sakinaka metro station is within walking distance. The rooms were okay and clean, the toilet was good, and the service was somewhat okay. Breakfast came with my online stay, and the food was fresh and good. Overall, I had a good experience here.

The Family room I stayed in wasn’t clean, and the bedspread had stains. The pictures are deceiving. There’s a big open sewer drain flowing beside the hotel, and the pathway there is dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s not worth paying 1800 Rs for a day.

I didn’t feel safe in the room at all, and the lock wasn’t working properly. The facilities listed on booking.com weren’t provided, and the room didn’t match the app photos. They confirmed the booking at a lower cost with payment at the hotel, then suddenly raised the rate on the booking.com app when we went to pay and said it wasn’t their mistake. When we arrived to check in, they seemed shocked by our luggage. We mostly saw unmarried student couples visiting, and they seemed to assume we were that age group and tried to fool us to get as much money as they could. When we started arguing, refused to pay, and were about to leave, they booked us at the same lower price. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel. I also ask booking.com, whose website we trust, not to sell these kinds of hotels on the site.
