The room may look decent at first, but for 2200/- per night it felt like a hell of a deal. The rooms are very, very small, as you'd expect in Mumbai, and the ceiling had green moss patches. I heard rats intermittently. To get hot water, you have to ask the hotel staff to switch on the geyser from their side, then operate it yourself in a 2 step process. The tiny washroom has a basin too small for washing your hands. Glasses and cutlery were too dirty to use, towels and bedsheets had stains, and small cockroaches were in both the room and washroom. All the rooms were smoking rooms and smelled bad. Food was okay okay. The property is in Dharavi, so walking around there at night isn't recommended.

I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially to families or anyone traveling with ladies. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bed and mattress looked unwashed, cockroaches were all over the room and bathroom, and the bathroom was filthy. There was no hot water, and the AC didn't work properly. The room was so tiny that we could barely fit our three bags and had little room to move. We booked for 3 adults, but only after we arrived did they tell us that 3 adults weren't allowed in one room. That hadn't been mentioned at booking, and it caused stress and hassle. The room we got was completely different from the photos online, so don't book based on those pictures. Hotels with this kind of hygiene and misleading listings shouldn't be on booking platforms. I feel the government should take action against them.

The location is great and the hotel is nicely priced for a stay. The staff were helpful and behaved very nicely with us. Altaf brother gave good service, and Aslam brother was a nice person too. Everyone was friendly and treated us like family.

I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. The staff spoke to me abusively and behaved badly, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. I expected a welcoming, respectful atmosphere and had a very unpleasant stay instead.

We booked by phone, but the first room we were shown had a broken pipe under the bathroom sink. They moved us so we could freshen up, then shifted us again, and the geyser in that room didn’t work. Most of the staff weren’t helpful. Two young men were kind, one wore glasses and the other was tall, though we didn’t get their names. Mr. Babar was very arrogant, and when we called reception, nobody answered.
