I can’t give zero stars, so it gets one. The service was the worst ever. The hotel is hard to find, tucked in a very bad slum area, and isn’t near the airport. The surroundings were awful, and the entrance was difficult to locate. We booked for three people but got a tiny double room with a small, dirty bed and pillows. One family member had to sleep on a sofa outside the room. The restroom was terrible, with insects everywhere, like being on “Mas vs Wild” on the Discovery channel. There was no tissue or room freshener, and the TV didn’t work. Vivek was the only person at the hotel. He only knew Hindi, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. There was no parking, so we had to leave our car on the street, which didn’t feel safe. They asked for 1000rs per person for early check-in. When I wouldn’t pay, they offered another option: give a 5-star rating on makemytrip. Please don’t ever choose this hotel.

It’s a decent budget option for one night if you’re on your own. The room wasn’t great, but I didn’t expect much at that price, and I slept well. The area looks like a slum, though Marol Naka metro station and a prime location are only a couple of minutes away.

The price is affordable, and they accept couple IDs. The rooms are very small, though. It’s near a metro station, but the location isn’t good and the place is hard to find. When it rains, there are puddles everywhere, and the humidity leaves the rooms smelling musty.

I had a booking, but was told I’d need to wait six hours to check in. I could have accepted that, but the staff then told me to leave and come back later. They were rude and seemed uninterested in offering hospitality, and the way they handled the situation was poor.

Vivek, the attendant, was especially great, and the service was very good. The rooms were clean too. It’s a good budget guest house near Andheri, just a short distance from Marol Naka metro station.
