The ceiling fan was either off or running at full power, the shower was broken, and both the bed and blanket were dirty. They didn’t leave soap, water, or toilet paper, so I had to ask for everything. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

Avoid this place. They book you at a low price, then when you arrive say that rate was for a small room. The experience was awful, and the staff were pathetic, especially Firoz counter boy.

The worn furniture and general lack of cleanliness made the room uncomfortable. The bed wasn’t clean, the towel was dirty, and there was no water supply in the washroom. Poorly maintained.

They refused to honor my booking even though the online portal showed availability. Unprofessional.

The food had no flavor and was pathetic, while the staff were highly unprofessional and very rude. Their careless attitude made me feel like I was staying for free and they were paying me. My room was dusty and unhygienic, with stained sheets, and the AC didn’t work even though I’d paid for an AC room. I’d recommend RED PALMS across the street instead. The staff there are much more professional and cooperative, and the rooms are way better and bigger than Guru/Evergreen, which are basically the same hotel under different names online.
