My check-in was quick and prompt, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Toiletries were provided, too. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the hotel is very close to the metro for both T1 and T2.

They charged me for a package that included breakfast, but no breakfast was provided and staff gave no proper explanation. They also didn't provide basic complimentary drinking water. The room was in poor condition and clearly hadn't been maintained. Service felt careless and unprofessional, and it wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay here again.

I went to inspect the place and attached photos of what it really looks like, because the pictures on the hotel link are completely false. There was no water all day. I also saw the manager abuse female guests right in front of me. Even though breakfast was supposed to be free, he refused to provide it and threatened anyone who might complain, saying nobody could harm him. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had a booking but refused to check in because the staff were rude, disrespectful, uncooperative, and unprofessional. That kind of treatment is unacceptable for paying guests. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and neither the TV nor the AC worked properly. Staff didn't respond well to complaints, and the service was poor. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
