The staff were ill-mannered, with very bad slang and accents, and seemed to have no idea about the outside world. Hygiene here is nowhere near acceptable. If you eat the food, good luck. Worst hotel.

The location is good, close to CST station, taj hotel, and gate way of india. There’s an open terrice, and the rooms are good.

The hotel is clean and the room was nice, with good staff. It’s near the Taj hotel, gateway of India, and csmt station. Mumbai darshan Bus is available.

For what I paid, this was more than worth it. It’s a simple, neat place with clean sheets, and the location made getting around the city convenient.

The staff were nice, and the manezar dilshad was good. It’s a nice hotel for a female stay.
