I stayed comfortably in the dormitory, and the friendly, helpful staff made me feel welcome the whole time. It’s close to the city, with affordable rates. They also have two-wheeler parking and secure lockers, which made things safer and more convenient. A great experience, definitely worth five stars!

It’s in a prime spot in Byculla East, opposite the landmark " Heritage Hotel". A dormitory bunk in an A/ C room costs Rs 500/ Dayv, while a self-contained room is Rs 2500/ Day.

Please avoid this place if you want rest and a peaceful night's sleep. The washrooms are cramped and unhygienic, they don’t provide soap or towels, and the charging points don’t work. The lights aren’t turned off. The old manager is very rude, and the other staff are egoistic too. Worst place you could ever be.

The dorm beds are only 1m80 long, so they’re not good for slightly taller guests. With all the beds close together in the 18-bed room, there was snoring all night, and some people made phone calls in bed until 1am. A space for calls and a reminder to guests to keep the dorm quiet would help. The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the facilities, shower, and Internet are excellent.

For the price, this was better than I expected. The cleaning, service, and location were all good.
