My excess payment still hasn’t been refunded as of 15/1/26, despite the booking being for 4th December and repeated follow-ups. I was first told the Manager was out of the city, then that the billing person was away. After that, they said an OTP was pending and assured me it would be cleared by 2-3 January. Most recently, they said the refund would be processed by Tuesday, 13/1/26, but nothing has been credited. Holding a customer’s money without resolving the issue or giving clear timelines raises serious concerns for me about billing transparency, consumer rights, and basic financial compliance. This is unacceptable for a professional hotel. Guests should be very cautious about paying in advance or paying extra, because getting money back seems unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. A payment got stuck: the money was deducted from my account but didn’t show up in theirs, so we immediately paid from another account. The original payment cleared two days later. I was told I’d get a refund, but it wasn’t initiated until a week later, after multiple follow-ups and callbacks and a threat to go to consumer court.

My guest checked in at 1, but there was no water until 5.30 pm. They had to leave for pooj without bathing or finishing their daily routine. Why let guests check in if the hotel has no water? The reception person was very arrogant, didn’t seem to understand the problem, and just kept talking on her mobile while standing in the lobby. Management was bad, with no control over the business.

The room size, location, and women’s safety were positives. But cleanliness and hygiene were almost nonexistent. The toilet seat cover fell off, the floor didn’t look clean, and the flush button was broken. I paid 4K, and I don’t think the place was worth it. It didn’t feel like a 3 star hotel, despite that being in the name. There was no signboard for HR residency either, so it was hard to find.
