The toilet was clogged and full of water that wouldn’t drain. The room was filthy, nothing was clean, and there was just one dirty pillow. It wasn’t hygienic, and the staff weren’t cooperative. The room smelled bad, the TV didn’t work, and the washroom wasn’t usable. They took the money but didn’t provide the facilities. The name may be grand, but the service was very poor. A totally bad experience, my stay was wasted. 😖😖😖😣 0 ratings 😖😣😖😖. I’d tell everyone not to come here.

There was a mouse in the room at Hotel Venture Grand. We contacted management right away, and they moved us to another room. That one was dusty all over and had some kind of water on the floor. When I went to reception to cancel and get a refund, they offered another room and a guy to clean it according to our requirements. The guy denied that there was anything there, even though we’d seen the mouse right in front of us. 0 stars, worst hotel.

The place was full of cockroaches and mice, and I hated myself for being foolish enough to book it. It felt worse than a slum, not like a hotel at all. There were no facilities: no Wi-Fi, no help from staff, terrible food, rooms, and beds. I wish I could give zero stars or lower. Hotels should be visible from a public street, not tucked away in an alley. A place like that should be called a motel or love hotel.

Mice were in all the rooms and damaged my luggage and food. The rooms and toilets were very dirty, the staff acted unprofessionally, and the locality was bad. Zero rating. I suggest everyone avoid staying here.
