Hotel Zillion Executive

After just one night, I cancelled the rest of our booking. My family and I were there for a USA visa appointment, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family. The rooms were tiny and oddly shaped, there were mosquitoes everywhere and a lot of noise, and the area was very congested. The toilets smelled, and one staff member was difficult to communicate with in basic English. I also found the female staff member’s attitude toward customers negative, with a lot of room for improvement in her interactions. We had a much better second stay at nearby Kohinoor elite, which was fabulous and included full board. My first stay at zillion hotel was a total washout.

A handy place to stay for a short BKC work trip. The rooms aren’t especially spacious, but mine was clean and well maintained. There are different room types at different prices. Since the hotel is on the main road, autos and cabs are easy to find. There are food options at the hotel too. We ordered tea and coffee, and both were good.

I was in town for a US visa interview, and the embassy was conveniently close by. The room was small, but really clean and neat, and I found my stay comfortable. I’d recommend the hotel.

Room service was genuinely good, and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed something. The room was small, though. Hot and cold water, Wi-Fi, and TV were all fine, and the overall service made this a five-star stay for me. We booked for two adults for two nights through goibibo for about 4.8 k. Check-in was smooth, and the location is convenient if you’re dealing with visa matters, since it’s close to the consulate. Our flight was a little late, and they let us check out an hour late without a fee. One thing I’d suggest is not ordering food through the staff. I can’t say whether they get a commission from restaurants, but dinner for two on the first day cost me over INR 800 for chicken lollipop, dal, and rice, which felt too expensive. I’d stay again if I had work nearby.
