Collection O 30085 Supreme Hotel Cuffe Parade

I stayed in room 103, and our group had three rooms on the first floor. The location is fantastic and good value for money. The bathrooms were good, with hot showers that lasted a long time and good water pressure. Breakfast was adequate, and the masala chai was great. Fusion chinese restaurant offered room service, and the mutton biriyani was really good. Every room had AC and a fan.

Getting around to most places from here was convenient, and we stayed for two days. The room was very small and cramped. We found a cockroach in the washroom, and the AC didn't work properly. The food wasn't up to the mark either. The order taker kept hurrying us to place our final order because the chef was in a rush to leave his shift. Staff weren't attentive enough: we asked for water and replacement glasses because ours were dirty, but nobody bothered.

The room was compact, neat, and comfortable, and they let us check in early. I was in town for an event and needed somewhere to stay in Colaba. The prime location does mean the rates are a bit high, as expected. I'd seen mixed reviews before arriving, but left happy. Breakfast was simple and tasty.

The hygiene and value for money were completely lacking. My brother and I came here after a nearby hotel refused to check us in because we weren't married, and we expected better. Instead, our room was in terrible condition, with unclean bedsheets and pillow covers. At those prices, the quality was nowhere near acceptable and we felt extremely uncomfortable. We asked for a refund straight away, but staff refused and moved us to another room that still wasn't up to the mark. The service was poor too. I wouldn't recommend this place at all if you're looking for a decent, clean stay. Avoid it.
