We couldn't get help with even a simple task at the restaurant. We struggled with the toaster while staff just sat there, rude, indifferent, and unhelpful. The rooms were just as neglected: visible wall cracks, dusty, dirty furniture and chairs, and a half-broken washroom door. The place felt unsafe and unhygienic, even though it looks fine from outside. The AC ran all night with no remote and sounded like a factory. Wi-Fi was so slow it was unusable. The hotel wouldn't answer calls, and no services were available before 8:00 a.m., not even tea, even when we were willing to pay to have it brought to the room. Nobody picked up the phone. There's no maintenance or decent hygiene here, and the service standards are very low for the price. Extremely disappointing and strongly not recommended.

The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a nice range of options. Our room was neat and clean, well maintained, and peaceful. Staff gave excellent service and the facilities were managed well. A pleasant, comfortable stay for the money.

The outdoor area was well maintained, but the room was overpriced and not worth it. I saw cockroaches all over it, and the mattress was poor quality. The overall experience was bad.

The manager's manner was the worst part. He was rude, unwelcoming, and had no courtesy or willingness to help. I was there with my family, and my parents had a flight in a few hours and only needed to freshen up. I asked if they could use the common washroom, and he said no. I then asked if they could use our booked room for just 2-3 hours, but he refused that too. Even when I offered a reasonable amount to use our already booked room, he demanded ₹3000 for those few hours. His tone stayed unpleasant throughout. The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained. The flooring, electrical fittings, and AC all seemed outdated and worn. For the price, this was a very bad experience, with poor service and attitude. Not recommended. There are much better hotels at this price with better staff and facilities.

The staff were very helpful, and the Kerala cuisine was really delicious. The room was okay for the price, and the stay was pleasant.
