The clean room and toilet, along with the well-trained staff and quick service, made for an enjoyable stay. They gave me a three-bed room facing the road, which was comfortable for me, my daughter and son in love ❤️. I was there to witness Visarjan, and as someone who comes from Chennai, it felt like a God-sent opportunity to see it.

Unclean washrooms, small rooms and uncomfortable bedding. There were cockroaches and termites too.

Don't trust the inside photos, the place looks very different. The AC wasn't working, it wasn't clean, there was no water, and the breakfast and other offerings weren't good. I booked a dilax room for three nights, but it was too much bed so I changed to a luxury room and paid more. It was still a bad hotel with the same problems. I couldn't get my money back.

The location was comfortable and serene, though the place felt a bit congested. Food in the hotel was overpriced. Still, the rooms were nice, well equipped and clean, and room service was excellent. The boys were really supportive, and Shamim helped us a lot. The managers were enthusiastic too. I'll choose to stay here again next time.

There was no water in the morning and the AC wasn't working. The reception number and Wi-Fi details weren't posted in the room or explained when I arrived, so I had to go downstairs at night to speak with reception about the water and AC.
