PANKAJ was the rudest man. The staff and management were awful too. WORST HOTEL EVER TO EXIST! Don’t ever visit this place.

Check-in went smoothly, but about an hour later the caretaker told me my booking was being cancelled and asked me to pay them directly. That was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The room was dirty and badly kept, with filthy pillows and towels. There were no tissues, toilet paper, water bottles, soap, hand wash, or body lotion. Staff were rude and unhelpful the whole time. This experience ruined my stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I hope management deals with these problems immediately.

The rooms are satisfactory, but they’re uncomfortable and missing basic things like door latches. Noise from outside carries clearly because there’s so little space between the reception and the rooms. The staff seemed more interested in getting money from guests than making their stay pleasant.

I paid 4.5k for two days after booking in advance, since this was my first trip to Mumbai. The second day mattered a lot to me, but there was no water. The owner said Goregaon, Mumbai had no water for five days and there was nothing they could do, then offered one bucket, which was dirty too. I checked out and moved to another hotel, but my refund request was refused straight away. If the problem had been my fault, I wouldn’t have asked for a refund, but when it’s the hotel’s fault, I think one should be given. We book hotels for a comfortable stay, not to put up with basic hygiene and service issues. The stay spoiled my first visit to Mumbai. I didn’t argue much with the owner because it was my first time in the city and I wanted to enjoy myself without ruining my peace of mind. Speaking softly doesn’t make up for the more important problems. You should close the hotel or improve your services. The stay was already off to a bad start: when I entered the bathroom, there were yellow stains all over it. I asked the caretaker to clean them, and he just sprayed them off with the jet. There were mosquitoes in the room too.
