This poor rating is for IMRAN, the day manager. He doesn't know how to speak to guests and acts as if he's above the owner. The owner, RAJ, and the night manager, ARMAAN, were quite nice and polite, and the hotel itself was fine. I have no words for Imran. Pathetic experience.

A helper boy was very helpful with our luggage and getting us hot water, but the rooms aren't properly maintained. At check-in, the room telephone had no receiver. At checkout, the receptionist blamed us and said it had been found broken. Very unprofessional. I also saw a rat in a ground-floor room while checking out. The room light went out because of an electrical problem, and we had to wait two hours for it to be fixed.

The AC worked really well, and the staff and service were very good. A good experience overall, and worth considering.

Please don't choose this hotel. The bed, sheets, and pillow were very dirty, the bathroom fittings were broken, and there was no hygiene. The photos they've posted are completely different from what it's actually like, so don't be misled.

The location is good, on Airport Road and near a metro station. The room was fantastic, and the staff were good too. Sachin and sahid were especially helpful. There's parking and fast WiFi.
