The room was on the 8th floor, and with the lift out of order I had to keep taking the stairs. There were mosquitoes too, and the power was off for several hours. Staff kept promising it would be fixed in 10 minutes and saying this happened all the time, but nothing changed. When I politely asked for help, they were rude and dismissive. I said I couldn't stay under those conditions or pay for this kind of service. They offered only 50% back and told me to leave. Very poor management and unprofessional behavior. Not recommended.

I was away from my room briefly, and came back to find rats had gotten in and ripped my bag apart. That points to poor hygiene and pest control. Cleanliness and safety need serious improvement, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I felt safe, and the manager was obliging. The location worked for me: it's in an industrial hub, not too far from things, and interesting if you want to see Mumbai's rougher side. The room itself was worn and not very clean, with mosquitoes and a few roaches, though the TV worked and the bed and linen were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was kind of a joke, so we skipped it. It was one of the cheapest places I found, and you get what you pay for.

The food was quite good, and the rooms were clean and well kept, with a comfortable feel. It's also very close to Masjid railway station. A pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it.

The room had decent space and was manageable for a short stay. The bathroom was the problem: it wasn't clean when we arrived, and the flush didn't work properly.
