The room was tiny, around 80 to 100 sq. ft. by our estimate, despite the website listing it at 215 sq. ft. The staff didn’t cooperate when we raised it. The condition of the room was awful too: uncleaned on arrival, with filthy sheets and blankets, a soiled bathroom, and stained floors. The hallways, stairs, and ceilings also looked neglected. The kitchen smelled foul, seemed unhygienic, and used old food. I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

The late check-out turned into a mess. My husband was told it could be arranged without a fee, but at checkout they suddenly asked for a much higher amount than the 40% extra we’d initially agreed to pay for one more hour. Earlier, one staff member had said 40% would be needed, then another rudely interrupted and disconnected my call mid-conversation. The booking was for a double deluxe room from 19-20th may. My husband planned to arrive at 7 am on the 20th and stay only a few hours. The room was available and wasn’t booked for anyone else, so we asked for that extra hour. The night before, another staff member was rude about the booking details. Since I booked through my account, my name showed as the lead guest even though my husband was the one traveling. Rather than help, the staff member blamed me and said we’d have to cancel without a refund because they wouldn’t let him check in at 7 am. It was sorted only after I offered to send my ID proof for their records. The staff were inconsistent and discourteous, and the whole thing was unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect basic courtesy and cooperation.

I spent the night waiting for morning so I could leave. When I asked for a fresh bedsheet, staff shouted at me and insisted the dirty one was “clean.” Their response felt threatening, and I didn’t feel safe. The room was cramped and filthy, with bugs and cockroaches around the bed. The sheet was oily, the blanket smelled bad, and the washroom was in terrible shape. This was the worst place I’ve stayed, for both cleanliness and staff behavior. I’d advise others, especially females, to avoid it.

The cleanliness was acceptable for the price, but they still charged Rs800 for just two extra hours, even though I checked in 12 hours after the usual check-in time.
