The rooms were nice and clean, and the TV, Wi-Fi, and geyser all worked properly. Staff were good to talk to, and room service was good too. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mumbai with family.

They charged too much for water and food, and the hall smelled strongly of cigarettes with no ventilation. The bathrooms and rooms were dirty and smelled awful, the exhaust fan didn’t work, and there were no windows. They hadn’t provided toiletries beforehand either. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

There was no steady housekeeping, and the rooms weren’t clean. The laundry arrangements were poor, power went out every day, and they didn’t provide any amenities, not even drinking water.

The inside was pathetic, even though it looked like an ordinary hotel from outside. My room had no windows, and they didn’t provide mineral water or toiletries. At night I could hear noise from other rooms. The bedsheet and blanket were very dirty and made from awful fabric, and the pillows looked mouldy. I definitely don’t recommend it.
