This hostel makes it easy to feel at home, unwind, and meet people. The administrators are warm, smiling, and genuinely caring. They treat you like a person, not a wallet. Thanks to everyone working there and looking after travelers. ❤️❤️❤️

I met so many great people here, and as a woman traveling on my own, I felt safe and well looked after. The place is super clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for a workout, too. 💞

**Part 2** After my original review, the hostel owner called and kept saying he hadn’t known a foreign guest staying there was sick. I was surprised that he claimed I had “forcefully” helped her. They have security cameras and a large staff, so it’s hard to understand how one person could supposedly force the whole team. Why didn’t the six or more staff and owners stop me, or call to ask what was happening while we were at the hospital? I hope they won’t say I or some other guest forced them not to call. To me, this shows an incompetent, unprofessional, and threatening atmosphere. **Part 1** The place itself is decent, but the service needs work. Two incidents made me question the owners’ judgment. First, a Russian tourist became seriously ill, and my friend and I took her to hospital. The hostel offered no help and didn’t call once to check how she was doing. The owners never showed up, so we customers handled the situation ourselves. In my view, they could have treated her as a person rather than a “money buffer.” Asking “How are you?” would have been simple. There’s also a kitchen where guests can cook, but they’re supposed to get permission from management, apparently depending on how much food they’re making. One day my friend and I were cooking when the irritated owner came over and asked his staff, pointing at me, “What’s his name?” I was puzzled and didn’t like how he acted. Then he kept telling my friend that cooking wasn’t allowed without asking first, perhaps because we were making a proper meal, and seemed to be trying to make a scene. The owners should change their approach. A hostel shouldn’t be only about making money. Friendships can grow in places like this too.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the dormitory was clean and peaceful. I was very comfortable during my stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for the hospitality.
