The place was incredibly dirty, and the staff, including the receptionist, seemed unprofessional and completely unhygienic. I've never had a worse hotel experience. I don't think it's safe or appropriate for families. They're allowing illegal activities, with couples using rooms after under-the-table cash payments instead of proper legal procedures. The people running the place are dishonest, and authorities should take strict action immediately. Save your money and find somewhere safe. Don't stay here.

What stood out was how close it is to the airport, right opposite. After a long journey, I reached the hotel within minutes without worrying about transport. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was neat, well maintained, and had all the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and it was calm and relaxing despite being so near the airport. Staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. A reliable, clean, convenient place to stay near the airport. I'd happily return on my next visit.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the food was delicious with prompt service. Being right in front of the airport made transfers easy and saved a lot of time, especially for my early morning flight. Great value for money, with comfort and excellent service. I'd recommend it for an easy, comfortable stay near the airport, and I'll definitely come back.

The receptionist was rude and kept eating tobacco. When we arrived, he said there were no rooms, even though I'd already booked through my trip app. The room I got was one of the worst: no hot water, a broken bathroom lock, a TV that didn't work, walls stained red with gutka, and mosquitoes. The towel was torn and the soap had expired. The photos look new but are very old, and the place is in bad condition. There was no safety. Checkout was at 11.00 am, and I was only late until 11.30, but he charged me an extra 500 rs. Better not stay here.

Booking through online sites like MMT can be a problem. I called a day ahead and was told rooms were available, but when I arrived they said they were full. There's also no one at reception for early check-in. The rooms are very small and dirty, and the receptionist is uneducated and eats gutka all day. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.
