The Legend Hotel

The executive room was spacious, but it was mostly walls and had no amenities. Even the water bottle didn’t seem fresh. The AC wasn’t working properly, the sheets and blanket were dirty, and there were mosquitoes in the room. The area was very noisy, and there was no generator or backup lighting. Check-in also took too long. At breakfast, I saw an empty banquet area with water bottles and empty utensils. I went to reception to ask about breakfast and was offered just two choices, poha and aloo paratha. Don’t waste your money here. There are many better options nearby.

The staff were humble and polite, and the location is good. Rooms are being renovated, the lifts are small, and there are some AC issues, but it’s still a decent choice for a last-minute booking or emergency stay.

My company booked the hotel for me, but the room was very dirty and smelled bad. There was no soap or hand wash in the bathroom. I’ve attached photos.

They don’t clean the room or even have the courtesy to refill the water bottle. You have to ask room service for water, and then they charge you for it. The customer service was very bad. It was the worst experience I’ve had in Mumbai, and I’ll never recommend staying here.
