We booked a Family room with an extra-large double bed, but on arrival were told that category didn’t exist and all the rooms were the same. Since we were traveling with an infant, the bed was too small. The room was so cramped there was barely room to walk or store luggage, and we had to put it on the bed to open it. We also discovered this was a guest house on one floor of a building, although the booking photos made it look like a standalone hotel. We had confirmed at check-in that we needed breakfast by 7:30 am. The next morning, when we called, the same front office person said breakfast couldn’t be served until 8 and wouldn’t even provide coffee and boiled rice for the baby. He claimed to be the most senior person but wouldn’t give his name. When we asked for a refund of the breakfast charge, he said it was complimentary and told us to wait. We waited until 7:55, then asked again for basic food for the infant, but he still said nothing could be done before 8. The rooms and service were both poor. It wasn’t worth the money, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to travelers.
