There is wheelchair access and a ramp inside the hotel, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Without that, I would have rated it 1. The service was poor: room service took a long time, and the girl at the desk was always on the phone instead of attending to guests. I paid 6k for one room and 7k for the other, but the hotel and room quality didn't match those prices. The restaurant was just okay. The breakfast buffet had very few choices and none of the dishes tasted good. The menu was also limited, especially for North-Indians. I booked a super deluxe room and a basic executive room a month in advance, asking for two rooms close together. After taking the advance, they said the super deluxe room wasn't available for my dates, so I switched that one to deluxe. They'd told me super deluxe and executive were on the same floor, but didn't say that the deluxe and executive rooms weren't on the same floor, or unavailable together on those dates. We only found this out after arriving and paying in full. If they'd told me earlier, I would have cancelled and tried another hotel. They moved our room for the following night, but having to stay on different floors for one night was a major inconvenience that could have been avoided. We'd had a great time in Pune and Lonavala, and this spoiled our trip.

The food was excellent in both taste and quality, and the service was commendable. The staff were courteous, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay, and made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. They even packed food for our train journey. It was neat and hygienic, and we were pleasantly surprised it was still hot three hours later.

I felt very comfortable here and was happy with the service. Hari at reception and Ehram/Ekram, the housekeeper, were especially hospitable and wonderful, and the rest of the staff were helpful too. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel! 👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room was clean, and everything else was fine. I did notice fine white dust coming in constantly through the window. The service staff and help desk were very good, and everyone was cooperative.
