Stay away. I had to call the police before they finally gave me a room, and even then it was dirty, poorly maintained, and below standard. When I arrived at Hotel B Town after FabHotels redirected me there because of a last minute booking problem, the manager could see my confirmed booking in the system but refused to let me in. He said the online rate I'd paid was too low and they couldn't afford to honor it, effectively demanding more money for a booking I'd already paid for. The staff were arrogant and showed no empathy while I waited with my luggage for over an hour and argued despite the booking proof on their computer. This was the most stressful, unprofessional check-in I've had. Management was dishonest and hostile, and the hotel didn't respect my booking or the law. Don't trust them with your money.

The hotel's location is awful, and the booking experience was trouble and harassment. I booked through Cleartrip and had a receipt stating Cleartrip would pay the hotel, but they still denied me entry and kept me waiting. In the end, Cleartrip had to cancel the booking and issue a refund. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

When I got there, the staff had everything ready. I only had to book online, so that kind of service really matters.

The location made it easy to get around and explore Mumbai. A solid hotel choice.
