The staff were well behaved, though they didn't seem very knowledgeable. The toilets stank the whole time, the TV kept having problems, and people had to come back repeatedly to repair it. Food wasn't great either. At checkout they couldn't give me an invoice because the printer wasn't working, but they emailed it to me later.

The place was clean, and that was about it. My AC didn't work well and neither did the heater. They charged for a water bottle that should have been included at this price. I found the stay uncomfortable and not worth the money.

If you just need somewhere for one night and don't want to spend much, this place is decent enough. It has the basic amenities, but the set top box wasn't working. I think they may not have paid the DTH operator.

On the previous night, the hotel manager called and said OYO hadn't cleared its payment, so I should cancel my reservation and pay cash at the counter. I did that and paid in cash on 3rd August. It caused a lot of inconvenience for me and other guests. OYO needs to clarify whether its tie up with Aviva suites is over.

The rooms weren't very clean, and rain had left damp patches on the walls. The surroundings weren't clean either, the lifts were low grade, and there was no AC at reception. There is a lot of room to make the place nicer.
