Hotel Bahri Residency

I booked two nights through MMT for my family, but the manager put us in an old room that seemed meant for bachelors. It had two separate beds temporarily pushed together. Then I saw a neighboring room with a proper large bed in better condition, at the same price. It was a very bad experience for my family and me.

The rates are reasonable, and you can book a day ahead or even on the same day. The location, staff, and service were all fine for the price.

The reception guy was friendly and helpful, and the rooms are good with AC. But there's no food facility, so you have to go up to Lucky restaurant on the first floor, where it's very, very costly, or rely on Swiggy. Don't get South Indian food in Chembur, though, it's tasteless. If you book through Goibibo, they won't give you a tax invoice. There's a small tea shop, Diamond tea shop, opposite that serves good chai. K star mall is across the road too, but it's under renovation.

This place is the worst hotel in mumbai. It's an old building, and there are cracks all over the rooms. The people are shameless, and it should be shut down instead of cheating people.
