The staff were great and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day by dedicated cleaners. George the manager, Sandip, Vishal, and Afzel were all polite and helpful. The location brought back memories of my old neighbourhood, where I used to live on 3rd road. I'm very satisfied and will extend my stay by one more month. According to Booking, my room was ready on 12-03-2025. It had air conditioning and fans, with a good view, plus an attached bathroom with hot water. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were available, and the food was good quality.

The worst part of our one-night stay was the 2 am intrusion. The night manager walked straight into our room, and I screamed because I was so frightened. He said he'd brought a guest to assign the room. I don't know whether the system hadn't been checked or whether he was allotting rooms on the side, but the incident left me traumatized. I wouldn't recommend this place to a woman or a family. The hotel is in Santacruz east, where narrow roads and construction make for a noisy setting. Traffic goes by constantly, and with no soundproofing, it's a bad fit for light sleepers. Parking was another problem: the space is cramped, and we had to leave our car behind another one. While we were out, we kept getting calls because that car needed to get out, which was inconvenient for both parties. The room was only average for the price, and had leftover packets and empties from previous guests.

The staff made us feel so well looked after, and the family-friendly stay was comfortable and memorable. They were warm and attentive, with every detail handled thoughtfully. Their hospitality really went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

The breakfast stood out for its range of choices, and the food tasted homemade. There were plenty of options, including healthy ones. It was my first stay here, and I found the service very good. The staff were helpful too.
