Adiva Residency Beacon, Grant Road, Mumbai

Shradha was consistently polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay more comfortable. Santhosh did a very good job keeping the room neat and clean throughout. At Adiva Residency, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location was convenient and easy to reach. A good experience, and I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay, and the helpful, polite staff made it even better. At breakfast, Ms. Shardah was always smiling, sweet, and courteous, and promptly checked if we wanted tea, coffee, or anything else. She even brought us excellent special ginger tea. The clean, comfortable rooms are centrally located, with easy access to Raudat Tahera and Saifee Hospital. Highly recommended.

The 11th-floor view of the city was a nice bonus. This is a clean hotel and a good place to take a break from the city's chaos, with welcoming staff all around. Ashif served me some very nice meals in the restaurant. The central location makes it easy to get around Mumbai, and since decent hotels in this area are hard to find, this one is a great option.

The hotel is centrally located, so getting around is easy. The dining staff were attentive and caring, and Sirin was outstanding, always looking after me and making the best coffee every morning. The whole team was professional, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. The rooms and hallway were meticulously clean. Iftikar hussain seemed to handle most of the cleaning in my room, and he worked very hard and diligently, leaving no stone unturned.
