There’s barely room to move or put down luggage in the 6x8-foot room. I strongly advise against booking here.

The service was extremely bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The map location was in a risky, dirty area, and the staff were rude when I tried to get directions. I booked through booking. Com and called the hotel to confirm the room. They said the booking was confirmed, but when I got there, I couldn’t find the right location. I called again, but they refused to share directions and used abusive language toward me and my friends, then blocked my number. The staff are cheap, and the location marked on the map is very risky and dirty.

We checked out on the same day we arrived because we were uncomfortable there. The rooms had no windows, were unclean, and had stained sheets and dirty pillow covers. A used bar of soap was still in the bathroom after the previous guest had checked out. Outside noise was irritating too. At lunch we asked a staff member to clean the room, but he said he’d do it after we returned and never did. We booked a deluxe room through ixigo, but it wasn’t deluxe at all. The site showed a big room, while the actual rooms were about the size of a bathroom. Staff didn’t seem to know how to maintain or clean rooms. When we arrived to check in in the morning, the staff member was asleep and told us to come back in two hours. There was no waiting room or lobby to sit in. He was still asleep when we returned. We’re from the hospitality industry and know what rooms should be like. Dated 4-12-2024, this was the worst experience ever. Don’t be drawn in by the room photos, spend your money on a good hotel.
