I was in Mumbai in August 2024 and stayed here for a few days. It’s a small, nice, clean hotel, and getting good facilities at such a low price in this commercial area is a good deal.

The rooms and linens were clean and odourless, and the staff were polite and well mannered. The owner was kind and nice, too. The hotel is in a very safe and secure place.

Good value for money. There was a slightly stuffy smell in the rooms from humidity, but it wasn’t too strong. Bring your own toilet paper, as there wasn’t any in the washroom.

Mumbai is crazily expensive, and this is a very old, unfancy place. Still, it’s extremely good value for money, with more than you’d expect for what you pay.

Restaurants nearby and a good locality made the stay convenient. The hotel was clean, and both the staff and manager were really friendly. I liked it more than other Mumbai hotels I’ve stayed at. I’d recommend it for a budget stay.
