Hotel Astropods Airport, Mumbai

I booked a week here and had a relaxed, good stay. The dorms are great, the washrooms are clean, and there’s AC around the clock. One of the best dormitories in Andheri East. The staff were supportive too.

I went to the listed address today and couldn’t find the property, even after searching around nearby for a long time. I heard they moved two years ago, so why hasn’t the app and map been updated? Nobody seems to know the place, and there isn’t even a phone number. The sudden price drop from ₹1196 to ₹289 also seems unusual. I’m quite doubtful about this establishment. Be careful.

Customers are still going to the Swaroop centre address, especially late at night, and then have to travel elsewhere. Please update your address. My friends and I have directed at least 20 customers to the right place so far. If you can’t manage the business properly, close it.

We ended up having to book another, much more expensive hotel when we arrived because the hotel said there were no rooms vacant. A week earlier, my friend and I had booked two capsule rooms at astropod through bookmytrip. The day before the trip, bookmytrip support called to say they’d cancelled by mistake on their end, apologized, and refunded me. But when I called the hotel directly, they told us to come in and said they’d block two rooms for us. It was a terrible experience, and I’ll never use bookmytrip or book astropod again.
