Palm Breeze Hotel - Colaba

The staff made us feel welcome right from the start. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. We arrived before check-in time and they let us in, then after checkout they let us stay in the lobby until night so we could relax. That support really stood out. The room is small, but I thought it was worth the price. If you can, ask for one with a window. It makes a difference. A warm stay with thoughtful service.

The location is good, and the front desk did end up helping me arrange an airport taxi at night for 1500 Rp. They seemed a bit blasé at first, though. My room was smaller than I expected, and things looked worn. It could use a thorough cleaning, too. They didn't clean my room at all! The shower is in the middle of the bathroom, so the floor and everything else gets wet when you use it. This place seems to think it's pretty hot, but it really isn't.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made the hotel a good place to get work done and unwind during my business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm and professional. They were quick to help and consistently courteous. I was impressed by the care they took with the guest experience and would recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and efficient service. I'd be glad to return.

The sea-view deluxe room is the best, and the rooms are kept very well. We stayed three days as a family and felt the place was safe. The staff were really good and supportive, so you can book without worrying. 💖💖 Just one issue: there's no lift up to the first floor.
